The staff and crew at Armstrong are exceptional. We recently completed several jobs on a rental home. Replaced shutoff valves, jet wash and line inspection, as well as trenchless line replacement for a 2 inch drain line from the kitchen to the 4 inch drain. This work over a couple of weeks involved staff and crew members from all levels of the organization. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, polite and patient as we investigated the issues and developed the least invasive and most cost efficient plans of action. Ramon and Manuel came out and were so incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and just all around great. Ramon diagnosed and then fixed our bathroom issue quickly and effectively, and he explained every step of the way so I could better understand my own plumbing, which I appreciated tremendously because in my experience not a lot of plumbers would take that time. Next time I need service I will ask for Ramon specifically and I will recommend him to everyone I know who has an issue with their plumbing.
